The Nationale Groeitest is a brandname of ScaleUp Data bv, based in The Netherlands. Nlgroeit is the key partner of the Nationale Groeitest in The Netherlands. Nlgroeit is a non profit program, with the aim to help and support entrepreneurs with their growth.
ScaleUp Data bv has the aim and goal to provide entrepreneurs valuable insights through the use of personal and company assessments. Assessment data is stored only with the purpose of benchmarking and value-added insight reports. For the purpose of contacting, Nlgroeit receives the name and contact details of the user. Not any personalized content is shared with nlgroeit or any other partner.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person logging in on this website and compliant to the Company's terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. We collect two types of data (1) personal information including name. company name, email address, phone and other contact details. (2) data gathered by the use of the Assessment. These data are stored in separate databases in a fully secured cloud data storage environment by host company Nebu bv (www.nebu.com). The contact details are used to contact the client and send updates and links to the report. The assessment data is used for the individual report generation and the anonymous benchmarking.
The data is stored in the secured Nebu database environment. When the client decides to retake the assessment, data can be compared. When a client requires their data to be removed, the client contact data will be permanently removed, and the assessment data is automatically permanently anonymized. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:
